El archivo sonoro “José
Guillermo Carrillo”, es un proyecto legal,
creado de conformidad con el Artículo 3º
de la Ley
venezolana sobre Derecho de Autor; el artículo
5 de la Convención de Berna;
el artículo 27 de la Declaración Universal
de los Derechos Humanos;
la Convención de Roma; el Convenio de Berna
sobre la protección de las obras artísticas
y literarias; la Convención sobre Fonogramas:
la Decisión 351 del Acuerdo de Cartagena, así
como también, otras leyes relacionadas con
este tema, incluidas en el Tratado de Libre Comercio
de América del Norte (TLCAN), el Grupo de los
Tres (G3) y el Acuerdo de la OMC, sobre los Aspectos
de los Derechos de Propiedad Intelectual
relacionados con el Comercio (TRIPS).
Los materiales incluidos y publicados por la Fundación
Internacional José Guillermo Carrillo en su
website, tales como biografías, fotografías,
rúbricas y otros textos, han sido tomados de
fuentes nacionales e internacionales.
La Fundación Internacional Jose Guillermo Carrillo,
dará la correspondiente explicación
legal con relación al origen de estos materiales,
tan pronto como le sea requerido por los entes públicos
o privados que se crean con estos derechos.
Las fuentes disponibles a través del website
de la fundación, por constituir patrimonio
común de la humanidad, y no violatorios a ninguna
Ley, pueden ser bajadas por los usuarios sólo
con fines culturales, educativos y de investigación
y no con propósitos comerciales ni con voluntad
de lucro.

and related dispositions included in the Nafta Agreement

Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights
(Trips).
The information available at Fundacion Internacional
Jose Guillermo Carrillo’s website, such as biographies,
pictures, signatures and text, has been obtained from
national and international sources.

will provide any pertaining legal explanation as to
the origin of the above-mentioned information,
upon request from private and public entities which
might believe themselves entitled to such clarification.
